Body and Brain Yoga


The practice of Body and Brain Yoga works to develop strength, flexibility and uplifts breathing and energy through Korean heritage of holistic mind-body practices. Classes incorporate meridian stretching, tapping, brain wave vibration, tai chi, ki gong and deep meditation. Body & Brain Yoga incorporates dynamic movements that resemble those of Kundalini yoga letting you flow with a truly unique mindful experience with exercise. Expect to feel more connected with yourself, grounded, relaxed as well as refreshed and recharged.

Mondays 6.15 to 7.15 pm, Tregonning Hall

Using hand weights and body weight exercises this class works to tone and strengthen the whole body. With some good tunes to accompany, working the body from head to toe, increasing strength and flexibility. Great for improving core strength and mobility. No need to book, just come along. £6 per session.


Mondays 7.30 to 8.30 pm, Tregonning Hall

Fancy have a dance to some amazing clubbing tunes? This class is aerobics-based with a bit of High Intensity Interval Training thrown in to increase its calorie burning power. Lower-impact options are given, so you can work at your own pace. No need to book, just come along. £6 per session.


Tuesdays 6.15 to 7.15 pm, Hendra Room

Utilising the flexibility and strengthening power of yoga, this class builds on classic yoga poses, incorporating some body conditioning moves and interval training to get you fit and lean. Yoga postures and core strengthening moves make this class ideal for working towards healing back pain. A qualified Exercise Referral instructor, Georgie can work with many medical conditions and get you moving in a safe way – don’t worry if you have never exercised before. (If you have a medical condition, please contact her to discuss your requirements before coming to class as you may need approval from your doctor.) Life Active - Over 50's
This class has been a revelation since being launched last year. Many people who once thought their fittest days were behind them now feel full of energy and able to live life without anything holding them back.
10-11 am

Functional Fit - Circuit Class
A circuit class with a difference. With years of experience Jon can give you the guidance you need to be at your optimum health and instill a new sense of confidence and motivation. Regardless of your current fitness level this class has been proven to work by giving you short sharp bursts of exertion, whilst moving your body in the way nature intended. 
Posture, Core Strength, Cardiovascular Fitness and Fat Burning. 
6.45-7.45 pm

Mindful Core

You won't find this class anywhere else!! Inner Peace, Core Strength and Relief From Back Pain all in one class.
With Swiss Balls, a mindful approach and a meditation exercise at the end of every class the mind and body are all taken care of in a comprehensive yet gentle way. 
9-10 am

Beginners Pilates

If you are new to Pilates, are getting moving after an injury or just a period of time without practising then this class is right for you.

Starting with the fundamentals working on quality and control of movement is key to learning how to use the move the body. As a physio, I am able to adapt exercises specifically to any conditions or injuries you may have.

I love chatting Pilates – so if you are unsure if a class is right or just want to find out more please drop me a message.

Mondays: Yoga for Children age 4-8, 3.30-4.15pm 
£3.50 per session - FIRST SESSION FREE


Tuesdays: Dance for Children age 3-4, 1.30-2pm
£3 per session - FIRST SESSION FREE

Fridays: Yoga for Children age 3-4, 9.30-10am
£3 per session - FIRST SESSION FREE


Yoga: This is a fun filled class that focuses on helping children to develop self confidence and build a positive self image. Yoga sequences and games are used to build strength as well as developing children's listening and concentration skills. Calming and relaxation techniques help children to learn how to quieten their busy minds, check in with their feelings and develop an attitude of gratitude.

Dance: This is an energetic class that uses dance and movement to improve co-ordination and control and get kids active. Children are encouraged to unleash their creativity by creating their own unique dance moves and build the confidence to perform in front of others.
