BAR OPTIONS
Alcohol At Your Event
If you want to sell or supply alcohol at an event you are organising you must have a relevant licence and permission from The Stithians Centre. Your options are:-

What are your options?
OPTION 1
Run the bar yourself. You will need to have a Nominated Responsible Adult (NRA).
Make sure you read, complete and comply with the Supplementary Hire (Alcohol Licence Form) See below.
OPTION 3
You could appoint a third party Bar service. One such local supplier is THE BEER MAN
Typically the Beer Man can offer a selection of services including Bar installation, Keg and Cask hand pumps, selection of optics etc. Usually there is no charge for the bar. The Beer Man will normally make a contribution to The Stithians Centre towards the up keep and running cost of the centre. The magnitude of such donation will be dependant on the bar profits but will be at least £25.

OPTION 2
Occasionally, subject to availability, The Stithians Centre management committee may be available to run a bar on your behalf. Drinks would be predominately bottled. There would be no charge for the bar service and all profits would contribute to the upkeep and running of the The Stithians Centre. TSC Would provide Nominated Responsible Adult.

OPTION 4
