STITHIANS CENTRE

We have been asked to hold the following Adult Education Classes at the Centre. However, these are dependent on getting enough people to enrol. WHY DON’T YOU COME AND JOIN US?

Dancing:
a. Tango, Argentino, Rock and Roll, Ballroom and Latin, on Wednesdays 7 -8pm, starting on 10th September 2008, for 11 sessions. Run by Idodance, 01326 373754.

b. Ballroom and Latin American, on Wednesdays 8 – 9pm, starting on 24th September 2008, for 10 sessions. Run by Cornwall College Community Education, 01209 611622

c. Rock and Roll for Absolute Beginners, on Wednesdays 9pm – 10pm, starting on September 24th 2008, for 10 sessions. Run by Cornwall College Community Education, 01209 611622

Computing and Technology
a. IT for All, on Mondays 10.30am – 12.30pm, starting on 22nd September 2008, for 37 sessions (probably be split into modules). Run by Falmouth Adult Learning Centre, 01326 319275.

b. Introducting Digital Photos, on Tuesdays 10.00am – 12.30pm, starting on 23rd September 2008, for 12 sessions. Run by Helston & Lizard Adult Education Service, 01326 563861.

c. Introducing Email, Text and Internet Shopping, on Tuesdays 10.20.- 12.30 starting 6th January 2009, for 12 sessions. Run by Helston & Lizard Adult Education Service, 01326 563861.

Literature
a. Enjoying the Classic Novel, on Wednesdays 10.30 – 12.30 starting 17th September 2008, for 10 sessions. Run by Helston & Lizard Adult Education Service, 01326 563861.

History
Introduction to Cornish History, on Mondays 7 – 9pm, starting 13 November 2008, for 5 sessions. (More next year). Run by Helston & Lizard Adult Education Service, 01326 563861.

Art and Craft
a. Drawing and Painting for Everyone, on Wednesdays 2 – 4pm, starting 17th September 2008, for 20 sessions. Run by Falmouth Adult Learning Centre, 01326 319275.

b. Mixed Creative Crafts, on Fridays 9.30 – 12.30, starting 26th September 2009, for 20 sessions. Run by Cornwall College at Camborne, 01209 611611.
