ABOUT THE CENTRE

Main Entrance

Stithians Centre is a multi-purpose building in the heart of Stithians. The original Stithians Village Hall has a brand new extension with several new rooms for the use of the community and wider public, and the extension also accommodates the Stithians Pre School in its own self-contained facilities. The hall itself and the large kitchen have been greatly refurbished to a high quality.

The facilities offered by the Centre are available for use by the local community, business and voluntary organisations, and the wider public for a great variety of purposes.

It is already home to many local clubs and organisations and is a venue for entertainment events.

The Committee aims to provide, maintain and develop the facilities of Stithians Centre for the use of the inhabitants of the parish of Stithians and the wider public for meetings, training, lectures and classes, and for other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the local community. The Committee is also engaged in ongoing fundraising in support of these aims.
